The cancellation policy varies depending on each experience.

Late Arrivals

• More than 30 minutes late: The workshop will be canceled in its entirety.

Booking Confirmation

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee a booking.
A confirmation email will be sent once the reservation is processed by the operating company.

Itinerary

Once your reservation is confirmed, a detailed schedule will be sent via email.

Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation and refund policies differ by each experience.

If the workshop must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances on the organizer’s side, a full refund will be provided.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests after the cancellation policy has taken effect cannot be accommodated.
To change your booking (date, time, or number of participants), please cancel before the stated deadline and make a new reservation.
